53 year old charter guest unconscious from suspected Heart Attack. By the time of the call for help he was conscious was suffering from pain and tingling, culminating in numbness down left side. Spirit en route to West End and another VISAR responder drove by land to meet the vessel en route from Little Harbour, Jost Van Dyke. The duty coordinator requested an ambulance also meet the boat at West End, Tortola. Ambulance already out. on a call so the casualty was driven to hospital.
