Passenger aboard a charter boat had fallen overboard and hit his head and ribs, causing him difficulty breathing. The casualty was taken from his boat at White Bay, Jost Van Dyke to West End Dock, Tortola and transferred to the awaiting ambulance. Spirit returned to the VISAR base at 1605.
