On Saturday evening four VISAR representatives attended the Inaugeral BVI KiteJam opening ceremony on Necker Island, BVI. VISAR President Phil Aspinall accepted a $5,000 cheque from Watch company & BVI KiteJam sponsors Philip Stein.
