VISAR Coordinator called the Administrator with details of a Diver in distress. A call on channel 16 for O2 went out. Sail Caribbean Divers responded and provided Oxygen for the 59 year old female, who was semi conscious, after swallowing water during a dive. Spirit came alongside the charter boat and after a thorough assessment the casualty was transported to Base and an awaiting Ambulance.
