A call into base from the captain of a local daysail boat regarding a 57 year old male coughing up blood after inhaling water. Spirit crew came alongside the vessel and assessed the casualty. He was alert and talking but did not want to stand due to dizziness. The casualty was put on oxygen and transported to Peebles Hospital, Tortola.
