A concerned mariner at Norman Island called in to report a Mayday call on channel 16. A vessel in a Road Town Marina reported a person overboard and missing. VISAR coordiantor paged the crew and requested that the Marina's security go and investigate. Security reported back that indeed a male had reported his wife had fallen overboard in the dark between the Road Town Marina and Charter company. Spirit on scene at 0028 and the female had been helped out of the water and returned to her vessel by a neighbouring boat. The male crew member said the 23 year old had left the boat after an argument, was fine and had gone to bed. The Coast Guard were updated and VISAR stood down at 0043.
