Call from Machineel Bay, Cooper Island to base reporting a 14 year old female had fallen down the charter yachts companionway stairs. The casualty reported a sore back, it was also noted that she may have lost conciousness. Spirit crew arrived to find the casualty was already surpine on a backboard with collar by the crew. All vital signs were good. The casualty's head restarint was replaced and she was transported to base, where an ambulance arrived soon after.
