Time of Call: 1215
Overdue vessel reported by the mother of one of two missing sailors. The vessel had departed from Great Harbour, Jost Van Dyke (JVD) at 0200 but had not arrived at its destination, Red Hook, USVI. Road Town Police were contacted and the Marine Police launched to search the JVD area. USCG managed to raise the vessel and the male passengers ages 21 & late 30's informed them they had dropped off a passenger and were safe and well. Marine Police continued with their area search. Vessel possibly never left JVD. VISAR coordinator stood down.
