Time of Call: 1700, Time of Launch: 1713

USCG reported vessel on the rocks north of Beef Island Airport. A 64 year old female passenger had sustained a shoulder injury. Spirit launched and met the vessel alongside the dock at Trellis Bay, Beef Island. The casualty was aboard a private dinghy, where she was assesed by a visiting Doctor. It was deemed an ambulance would be of more benefit than a taxi. Unfortunately after repeated calls for an ambulance the helm decided to indeed use an awaiting taxi to save further distress to the casualty. The Helm then called the on call EMT with details.
